While this was considered to be a welcome move, the question that was asked by many people is what has happened to the very support that the ANC enjoyed during the freedom struggles among the people of Indian-origin. In this radio report, Subry Govender, recalled in his Rich History report the role the Indian-origin people played in supporting the freedom struggle.
